1968 Rich Govan/Vallejo Speedway Hardtop Action Part 2 |
It seemed during 1968 season Rich (in the Bob Thomas # 2) & Phil Pedlar were always running wheel to wheel. |

Ted Finkenbinder (?) # 9 heads to the outside to avoid big trouble as Rich (already showing signs of a rough night) seems destin to add to the damage. Even though Rich had nights like this he went on to capture the 1968 Vallejo Speedway Hardtop Championship for he and car owner Bob Thomas. |
