I remeber Roland Lokmor as a hardtop racer out at Vallejo Speedway when I was a kid. He was there running with the likes of Pedlar, Damtiz, Quinn, Logan, Geving, and many other top drivers of that day. What I didn't know was he also drove BCRA midgets, and was a driving force in the NCMA modified group. He son Mike still drives sprinters here in Northern California, along with Roland's grandson Brian. Roland is another Vallejo driver who is no longer with us, but won't be forgotten.
